Home Care supplements the care that is already being provided by family, friends, and community resources. It is neither guaranteed nor an emergency service. The Home Care program is designed to be a support to individuals and family members.
Referrals can be made by people requiring help, family members, concerned friend or community members, health care staff and physicians.
